The Port Washington-Saukville School District serves students. Three elementary schools feed into Thomas Jefferson Middle School for 5th-8th grades, including Dunwiddie Elementary School, before students head to Port Washington High School (PWHS). Each is a short drive from the other and from Port Washington's scenic lakefront downtown. While the elementary and middle earn A's from Niche, the high school is pretty close with an impressive A minus. PWHS is known for its youth apprenticeships in certain trade skills like auto technicians and IT.
